Isio-Maya is a multifaceted performer, model, and actress, born and raised in NYC. She has built a career dedicated to her passion for storytelling through movement and performance. Having appeared in one of Broadway’s longest-running and most beloved productions, The Lion King, Isio-Maya not only became the third Cheetah in the company's history, but fulfilled her childhood dream while doing so.  

 

Beyond her captivating stage presence, Isio-Maya made history as the youngest African American model for Maybelline New York, bringing fresh energy and representation to global campaigns.

Her work has been featured across various international campaigns, where she brings each vision to life through movement, emotion, and an innate understanding of the power of storytelling.

A proud graduate of NYU Tisch, Isio-Maya is driven by a passion for creativity, authenticity, and excellence. She actively supports diversity and inclusivity in the arts and entertainment industry as she’s thoroughly involved in supporting and mentoring aspiring artists, as done with Brown Girls Do Ballet, The Harlem School of the Arts, Grow Lead Inspire, and beyond. Constantly striving to lift others as she continues to push boundaries in her own career,

                         Isio-Maya has only just begun.
